1. Who we are

Padel Island LLC (36 Irakli Abashidze, Tbilisi, Georgia) operates this site and the associated mobile app. We are the controller of personal data collected through the service.

2. What we collect

When you create an account or make a booking we collect your name, email, phone number, skill level and booking history. Payment is processed by our payment partner (Bank of Georgia iPay) — we do not store your full card details on our servers. We log limited technical data (IP, device, page views) for security and analytics.

3. How we use it

To run bookings, send confirmations and reminders, match you with other players, calculate ratings and leaderboards, and improve the product. We do not sell your data. We use a small set of processors (hosting, email, payment, analytics) under data-processing agreements that match Georgian and EU GDPR standards.

4. Marketing emails

We send transactional messages (booking confirmations, payment receipts, cancellations) by default. Marketing emails — newsletters, deals, tournament announcements — only go to users who opt in, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click.

5. Your rights

You can view, update or delete your profile from the Profile page. You may also request a full export or full deletion of your data — write to info@padelisland.ge and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for sign-in sessions and essential functionality, plus privacy-friendly analytics. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
