1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Padel Island's website, apps and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account, booking a court, joining a match, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Booking Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these Terms on your behalf. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Bookings & payments
All bookings are subject to the Booking Policy, including its cancellation, refund and no-show terms. Card payments are processed by Bank of Georgia; we never store your full card number. Prices are shown in Georgian Lari (₾) and include applicable taxes.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation eligibility and timing are set out in the Booking Policy. Where a refund is due, it is credited to your Padel Island balance rather than reversed to your card. Balance credit can be used for future bookings, matches and coaching, is non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
5. Acceptable use & conduct
You agree to follow venue rules and to behave safely and respectfully toward staff and other players. You may not misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may remove content or restrict access for breaches.
6. Liability
Padel is a physical sport played at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padel Island is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from use of the courts or facilities, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, its content and branding are owned by Padel Island or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and the Booking Policy from time to time. The version in effect when you make a booking applies to that booking, and the version you accept is recorded with your booking. Material changes will be reflected in the version shown at the top of this page.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
